«Paraules invictes» trata sobre poesía catalana del siglo XX a partir del estudio de aspectos de la producción de unos poetas especialmente significativos. Se analiza y se contrasta la coincidencia en textos escritos entre 1914 y 1920, de Josep Carner y de Joan Salvat-Papasseit; con el complemento de un poema posterior de Francesc Almela i Vives. Se estudia también la vinculación de Carles Riba y los escritores valencianos, especialmente con Joan Fuster y Vicent Andrés Estellés. Se revisa y se analiza la producción de Joan Vinyoli vinculada al País Valenciano, y se resigue la relación recíproca entre Miquel Martí i Pol y Vicent Andrés Estellés. Finalmente se recupera, estudia y edita textos del primer poemario en lengua catalana de Vicent Andrés Estellés, una compilación escrita el 1952 cuyos poemas habían permanecido inéditos. Se trata de una muestra de algunas de las figuras capitales de nuestra literatura.
