A snapshot of Ben’s life and experiences are provided in this book. In reverse chronology, Chapter 1 commences with depicting the worse series of events at an awful time in his life. A time for Ben, after a life-changing, highly regretful incident that occurred while he was a student on the Dean’s Honor Roll at a well-known HBCU in Florida.  His firsthand account of an unsettling experience of being in the wrong place at the wrong time; including the fatality which transformed his life forever are told.  Remaining chapters share a little of his early life, born in 1990, and his lifelong, significant and instrumental relationship with his mother.  In a large, loving family, becoming an Acolyte at a little under five-years old, middle school experiences through high school ups and downs, are detailed. The rumblings of a long-time family legacy…A goal established when a little boy by his “Nana” (and Ben) to attend an historic black university, and march with a world-renowned band, surface and become a hard reality.  Designed to be used as an instructional tool, the book includes McNamee’s: Instructor/Organization/Management - Instructional Guide© that defines hazing and bullying; reviews the tiers of hazing; details collaborative management of hazing/bullying; with an area to design steps to be implemented within your organization to eradicate hazing/bullying via institutional and organizational change.  McNamee’s No Hazing/Bullying Class 101 – Elementary-Middle Worksheets A, Middle-Senior Worksheets B, Senior-University Worksheets C, with academia aligned to the book; and the Ben’s Been Thru It Just Don’t Do It Movement’s Tool Kit 1 and Ben’s Been Thru It Just Don’t Do It Tool Kit 2, are also included.
