Luis Enrique García Amezcua nació en Pihuamo, Jalisco, México. Estudió taller literario en la Universidad de Colima. Desde niño empezó a escribir versos, ha publicado poesías en México y los Estados Unidos. Ha publicado Perdido en el Silencio, y EVOCACIÓN, las cuales son dos hermosas obras poéticas de su vasta producción literaria. Luis Enrique es tenaz, activo, innovador, entusiasta. Siempre hay algo que aprender, a rma el autor. Actualmente radica en la ciudad de Guadalajara, Jalisco. Ha sido galardonado en varios concursos de poesía. Gran admirador de las artes y en especial de la literatura.
